I Was A Science Stream College Student Without Any Science Background.

A 15-year-old kid had a dream to pursue her study in Science Stream…

But my parents put a stop to it without thinking about my future.

Life gets hard when things do not come your way.

I understand this pain.

At the same time, it is good to find other opportunities, not only keeping one plan.

Thanks to my parents.

Why?

If they do not stop me, I can see my future now if I pursue the Science Stream in my high school days.

I got a better result despite being a student in Arts Stream.

Well, that is enough. The least I could finish my school.

And made another plan to prove to myself that I could…

I applied for the Foundation in Science in 2022.

It was 2 years ago, but where am I right now?

I am currently at diploma level right now, in the Faculty of Applied Science, 2^nd Semester.

You see, things that I wanted the most when I was 15 had turned into dreams.

I realized that my potential was higher than the others.

A person who does not have a science background before…

Turn to be a person with excellent grades in her university.

I could not hide my feelings as if I felt like I defeated those who had a science background since high school.

That was the biggest comeback I have ever made.

 But still, I do not want to be overproud.

It is the beginning of the journey for me and I know that I will face many challenges in the future.

Challenge is the most exciting thing to me.

People may say,

“It is impossible to do it.”

 Everything is possible. You must be ready.

 Living far away from my family while studying abroad for a year…

 Was challenging to me.

 Do not run away from challenges, or you will become one of the losers out there.

 I am not joking. This is serious.

 You do not want to be seen as a loser, don’t you?

 Do something challenging. You are unique.

 Don’t give a thing when people say it is impossible.

 It is a word that came from their mouth, not yours.

 Every single path you choose for your own life…

 I want you to remember one thing…

Keep on going to the end. Don’t stop.

 Or you will miss a thing in front of you.

 Don’t ever complain when this is the path that you want the most, you have dreamt of.

 Keep running. Keeping fighting. Keep a positive mindset. Don’t give up easily.
